Year 4 Boys Adventure at Shakespeare
The Year 4 boys had a fantastic camp experience at Peter Snell Youth Village, enjoying two busy days filled with adventure, challenge, and plenty of laughter. They explored the campgrounds, hiked to scenic viewpoints in Shakespeare Regional Park, and enjoyed play and meals, together. They embraced every part of camp life with energy and enthusiasm.
Across the camp, the boys took part in a wide range of activities, including archery, rifle shooting, cooking in the wild, bivouac building, paintballing, frisbee golf, and the ever popular waterslide. Even when the rain arrived, spirits stayed high as plans adapted and indoor activities such as a movie session and a paper aeroplane competition kept everyone engaged. Camp also provided valuable opportunities for reflection as the boys recorded their experiences in their camp diaries before each night.
A sincere thank you goes to our parent helpers who generously gave their time to support camp. Their help with activities and care for the boys throughout the experience played a vital role in ensuring the camp ran smoothly and safely. We are very grateful for their support and contribution to such a successful and enjoyable camp.
