An opening has arisen, based at our Pakuranga Campus and serving all the Saint Kentigern Schools, to lead the SKF though this foundational time and establish sustainable support to the Saint Kentigern community.
Key duties and responsibilities:
The purpose of this role is the provision of overall leadership and management of the SKF as the major fundraising vehicle for the Saint Kentigern Trust Board.
In general, the Director will be responsible for leading the fundraising efforts, building a strong fundraising team, working with the SKF Trustees to identify and engage key stakeholders, creating the strategies and action plans necessary to achieve the organisation's funding goals across all sectors of the Saint Kentigern community, to ensure they are aligned to the values and goals of the organisation and that they operate in a complementary manner.
The Director will also have responsibility for non-fundraising initiatives including Saint Kentigern archives management and future growth, Alumni engagement, key milestone event delivery and milestone documentation.
Key skills and experiences: - Previous fundraising experience, particularly developing and running successful campaigns
- Administration and event management experience
- Grant or sponsorship proposal development experience advantageous
- Project management experience in a similar context would be advantageous

- Organised self-starter
- Pre-existing knowledge and / or personal experience of Saint Kentigern would be advantageous
