Fierce determination was in plentiful abundance during the Junior School cross country running races yesterday. On a cold, crisp morning, in brilliant sunshine, the Year 0-3 students from the Boys’ School and Girls’ School, as well as our Preschool students, took on the running course at the Boys’ School in the battle for podium spots and house points! There was strong competition throughout each of the fields, as the little legs got pumping round the course!

In keeping with the value of sportsmanship, there was lots of support for the runners from their peers on the sideline, as well as from the many parents who turned out to cheer and clap.

Congratulations to everyone involved for doing their best, and especially to those who came in the top three.
