The Opportunity

Applications are invited from current Saint Kentigern staff for the position of Alumni and Foundation Engagement Co-ordinator.

The role supports both Saint Kentigern Alumni and the Saint Kentigern Foundation, helping to strengthen lifelong connections across our community.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is highly organised, enjoys building relationships, and takes pride in delivering high-quality administration, events, and communications.

Key Responsibilities 
  • Maintain and enhance alumni records and engagement systems
  • Co-ordinate alumni events, reunions, and key programmes
  • Support the Distinguished Alumni Awards
  • Assist with communications and engagement initiatives
  • Provide day-to-day operational support across alumni and Foundation activities
The role plays an important part in fostering meaningful connections between alumni and Saint Kentigern, while supporting the Foundation’s broader philanthropic work.

About You

You are a current Saint Kentigern staff member who enjoys working with people and contributing to our strong, connected community. You understand our environment and values and are organised, proactive and committed to delivering work to a high standard.

To be successful in this role, you will bring:
  • Experience in administration, communications, customer service or event co-ordination
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Confidence in building relationships across Saint Kentigern and with our wider community
  • A collaborative approach, sound judgement and initiative
  • A strong understanding of and alignment with Saint Kentigern’s values
  • Experience in alumni relations would be an advantage but is not essential
