College Athletes Recognised at Young Sportsperson of the Year Awards

The annual College Sport Auckland Young Sportsperson of the Year Awards were held on 27 November at Eden Park, celebrating the top secondary-school athletes from across the region. Once again, Saint Kentigern was exceptionally well represented, with a large group of students named among the top three in their respective sports.

A highlight of the evening was Emma Zheng, who was named an Overall Finalist for Sportswoman of the Year and also won the Golf category, recognising her strong performances this season.

These results reflect the calibre, commitment, and depth of sporting talent across the College. Congratulations to every Saint Kentigern athlete recognised. Being named among Auckland’s best is an honour in itself, and we are proud of all who represented the school on this significant night.
