Saint Kentigern College were well represented at the recent North Island Secondary Schools Rowing Championships held down at Karapiro.

Notable performances came from the U18 Boys quad and coxed four gaining a silver medal in both events. The U17 coxed four also produced a good performance gaining a bronze medal in their event.

The U15 Girls Eight also made the A final along with the Girl’s U16 Double.

The racing concluded with the U18 Eight where Saint Kentigern College fought hard for a gallant 4^th placing in a time of 5 minutes 51 seconds; an impressive time in a very competitive event this year

Maadi Cup gets underway on 18 March and Saint Kentigern College are hoping to keep building on their performances so far.
