Key responsibilities include:
- Leading the operational management and delivery of sport across Years 7–13, aligned with the College’s vision and values.
- Championing wide student participation while promoting pathways for sporting excellence at regional and national levels.
- Overseeing programme design, coaching frameworks, events, and competitions that foster inclusion, achievement, and pride.

- Brings strong communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage students, staff, families, and external partners.
- Balances vision with delivery — strategic in outlook but hands-on when required.
- Models integrity, professionalism, and care, embodying the values of Respect, Integrity, Service, Excellence, and Love.
