Chief Technology Officer

We are seeking a Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to lead and inspire our technology strategy and operations, bringing expertise and a collaborative approach to our school community.

As our CTO, you will spearhead digital transformation, foster innovation, and ensure a resilient, future-ready IT infrastructure across our four schools and Trust Services.
You’ll bring:
- 10+ years of proven leadership in IT strategy, service management, and transformation
- Strong expertise in cloud technology, cybersecurity, IT governance, and stakeholder engagement
- A values-led approach, emotional intelligence, and a growth mindset
- Experience managing multi-site IT operations.
- Leading and evolving our digital strategy and cloud modernisation projects
- Driving service excellence, IT governance, and risk resilience
- Enabling teaching, learning, and administration through seamless technology delivery
- Ensuring that IT investments are strategically planned, managed, and executed, delivering value across the institution
- Building a high-performance team and fostering a culture of innovation
