We have a vacancy for a part time fixed term project support role reporting to our Chief Operating Officer.  This is a one year fixed term position (school terms only) for 30 hours per week, providing flexibility for a skilled administrator to juggle family commitments. 

Applicants will:

  • Work on a range of projects and initiatives spanning the full spectrum of business activities
  • Utilise previous EA/PA or business administration skills
  • Be technologically savvy and highly competent on Microsoft Office applications, including Visio
  • Have a positive, can do attitude and enjoy variety

Commencing Term 1 2019, Reporting to the Principal - Senior College, the primary role of this position is to oversee the teaching, learning and curriculum, through the Heads of Departments, for students in our Senior College.

Database Analyst – Reporting

Join us in our busy database team of 4 based at our Saint Kentigern College campus in Pakuranga.   The role itself is a mix of data management and maintenance, along with reporting and analysis, and a need to juggle troubleshooting and requests for a variety of internal clients across our Saint Kentigern schools.  

We need someone to join the team with:

  • Solid data analytical and report writing skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • A commitment to providing excellent customer service 
  • A solid mix of technical and people skills
  • The ability to listen and interpret non-technical peoples
  • Desire to learn new technology

Applicants must possess a relevant qualification with at least 3 years’ experience in data analysis, report writing and T-SQL.  Confidence with MS Excel and Power BI are a must.  Experience in creating SSRS or Crystal reports is advantageous.

Uniform Shop Assistant

Boys’ School and Girls’ School

We are seeking a suitably experienced and skilled person to primarily work at our uniform shops at the two Saint Kentigern campuses in Remuera, and provide back up for our Pakuranga campus shop.

This role is part time at 18 hours per week during term time, but applicants will also be expected to work full time in the peak fitting periods in November/early December and late January/early February. The role includes providing excellent customer services at our uniform shops, individual fitting consultations, receipting and managing stock levels.
