It was a busy morning for the Preschool as they put on their Santa hats and made their way to the Girls’ School Hall for their annual Christmas Concert. More than 50 children filled the stage with smiles as they sang 11 of their favourite Christmas songs. That’s right, 11 songs and two of them were in Te Reo and French!
The children spent the last term learning the actions and words to each song and took turns performing at the front of the stage – faces lit up as each of the children spotted their loved ones in the audience. The youngsters put on a fantastic show, with some parents even mentioning their cheeks hurt from smiling too much!
From ‘The Reindeer Dance’ to ‘We Wish You A Merry Christmas’, it was evident that everyone enjoyed themselves. Following the successful show, everyone made their way back to the Preschool to enjoy some refreshments together and say hello to Santa!
