Well done to the boys in Years 5 and 6 who competed at Remuera Zone Cross Country in atrocious conditions yesterday!
Whilst the Eastern Zone event for Years 7 and 8 was postponed due to the heavy rain, the hardy middle schoolers braved the conditions! It was very wet and extremely muddy which made for challenging racing – but wet mud for boys of any age is always a lot of fun!
Congratulations to Isaac Wong who placed second in the Year 6 race and to the Year 6 team who came first, winning by a large margin.
Other boys in the top 10 places were George Beca 4th, Sebastian Hardie 5th and Eddie Chaytor 7th. Well done boys!
