The opportunity to build skills and confidence is at the heart of the Performing Arts programme.

Music, art and drama play a large part in the life of the School and it is a common sight on campus to see musical instruments and rugby boots in the same bag.

The School aims to strike a balance between providing a core experience for all boys and offering extension for those with the skill and desire to make performance a larger part of their development.

An extensive itinerant music teaching programme provides players with the skills to audition for a variety of orchestras and bands.

For those with a desire to sing, the Saint Kentigern Singers and Performers Choirs offer large, enthusiastic and accomplished forums for choral music.

The School stages a biennial major production for which parts are auditioned and high standards share the stage with enjoyment and fun.
