Admissions
International Applications
We love to share our school and culture with children from other parts of the world and we accept International Students on certain conditions.
The School accepts applications from international students who are aged between 5 years and 11 years old. In order to study long-term in New Zealand students from Year 1-6 must live with a parent. Year 7&8 students who don't live with a parent must seek permission from the Administrator of the Code of Practice.
Once a place at Saint Kentigern has been offered, it is the parent’s responsibility to ensure that the correct visas have been obtained. Full details of visa and permit requirements are available through the New Zealand Immigration Service, and can be viewed on their website at www.immigration.govt.nz
Students will be placed in an appropriate mainstream class and will learn alongside New Zealand students of similar age studying the full New Zealand curriculum. There is no specific English language requirement for international students applying to Saint Kentigern Girls’ School.
Saint Kentigern Girls’ School is a friendly and welcoming place to learn. It does not take long for new students to settle into class and feel a part of the school.
For further information about applying to Saint Kentigern as an International Student and Information about International Fees, please contact the Admissions Office.
