Mentoring careers

Career Development & Mentoring

The SKA committee, in association with the College Careers Office (Student Services) has initiated a working committee to provide access to specific career and work experience amongst SKA members for Saint Kentigern students in Years 12 and 13.

This will include speakers for the annual Careers Evening, student work experience, day trips to businesses, and will extend to provide pre-requisite work experience for university students.

The aim is to enhance the effectiveness of the SKA database worldwide to better facilitate graduates seeking jobs and career advancement within their chosen careers across the globe.

Developing mentoring opportunities and selecting our individual industry leaders will be a further extension of this initiative which is focussed on greater help and support for all members of SKA.
